2011 RYA Training Booking Forms

Enrolment on any of the club's training courses is open to all sailing members and children ( of sailing or social members . Children must be aged over 8 on 1st April 2011.LOSSC RYA Training Centre reserves the right to refuse enrolment to any individual member (cadet or adult).

Training fees are charged to cover the costs of providing the training, operating the safety boats, and maintaining the club's training dinghies. All applications should be accompanied by the fees. Please make cheques payable to LOSSC.

All cadet applications must be accompanied by a completed Cadet Medical Consent Form
