Jane Read and Queenie have now opened the little galley down at the Signal Station  They have done our Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, for Food Safety, at Fareham College and are now "CERTIFIED"  ( but then we all knew that already did we not).

They do a mean "Flying Cat Hot Dog", "Wet Suit Warmer Cuppa Soup" and their "Ainslie Bacon Butties" are a treat not to be missed not forgoing "Beans on Toast" and much more. You will have not lived until you've tasted THE REAR COMMODORE'S home made cake called "Sarah's Spinnaker Delight".
