Club Race Training
Sunday afternoon’ Race Training has been postponed
In it's place we are going to offer four club sailor racing coaching evenings. These session will be run by the club's RYA trained racing coach Neil Bevington and other experienced regular club racing sailors. They are open to anyone. This course is ideal for anyone looking to get the best possible start to fun, friendly and competitive sailing at Lee, or perhaps to refresh memory on the elements of putting together a good performance. It is open to all ages & is based upon the framework of the RYA Start Racing Course and learning the top tips to racing at Lee.
Start to Race
- is essential for anyone at the beginning of their racing career, but also could be useful to those wanting to brush up on their racing performance.
It progresses in a logical, practical and enjoyable way including:

Equipment and sailing experience
– Ideally you will have your own boat and have either have good foundation in dinghy handling skills. The club does have some boats that you can hire for the course. If you are just starting perhaps it might be worth taking one of the Adult courses
